For your protection, we prefer not to receive credit card numbers over the Internet via E-Mail. Please do not send us your credit card number via Internet E-Mail. Should you <edit copy> this Mail/FAX Order Form into an Internet E-Mail message, please do not list your credit card number. We will call you for your credit card number.

Sales Terms
All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. All prices and/or terms of sale are subject to change without notice. Should the price on your submitted order form be different from our currently listed price, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel your order prior to shipping. The sale price for any product shall be the price in effect the day the customer's order is accepted and the product is shipped. All sales are final. There are no open-box returns for this product line. Returns, if any, for defective exchange only. We are not responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused by a back order situation or unavailability of product from a manufacturer, any strike action, or transportation disruptions.

Payment
All orders are accepted with pre-payment by check, money order, MasterCard, or Visa. We reserve the right to hold shipment until checks clear our and the customer's bank and funds are posted to our financial institution account. Orders paid with most personal and some company checks may be held for 10-15 business days for the checks to clear. No COD's.

Warranties
All warranties are serviced by the respective equipment or product manufacturer, and are subject to the terms stated by the manufacturer.

Shipping, Shipping Charges and Claims
Appropriate shipping and insurance charges will be added to each order. Most orders are filled and shipped within 24 - 72 hours of receipt. We use Standard UPS Ground service. Expedited or next day shipping services are available at additional cost. It is the customers responsibility to file any and all freight transportation damage claims with the appropriate carrier.

Taxes
We add no sales tax charges. Payment of sales taxes (if any) due to the customer's domicile governing entity is the responsibility of the customer.

Illustrations
All images on our web site are for illustration purposes. The actual hardware product, finished ID-Card or ID-Badge may vary from the illustrations presented. Different software and hardware packages allow different images, features and designs, and are ultimately dependant upon the skills of the customer. All products presented may be modified or discontinued without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that appear on our web pages prior to sale of any product.
